What is Google Workspaces?

Google Workspaces is the professional suite of apps offered by Google, including 30GB of Drive Space, and a wider range of apps. As a non-profit, Winchester Scouts qualify for a free licence, which makes it even better!

What should I use it for?

Google Drive is the main event. Google drive allows us to create org-wide shared folders, which is much easier than sharing files via E-Mail. It also offers version control on documents, and supports viewing all major file types in-browser. Neat!

Many parts of the main website use embeded documents from our Drive Folder, as the previewer is great.

To Find shared drives, click the dropdown under 'Shared Drives', while in Google Drive
